Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping (Flat Rate)

  • $4.95 flat rate per order
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Delays caused by the carrier

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number
  • You may also reach out to us, and we will assist where possible

However, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.

 

Returns Due to Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Shipments returned to us due to incorrect addresses or refusal by the recipient may incur additional reshipping fees.
